Quienes me conocen saben que Hurt de @nineinchnails es uno de mis temas favoritos de la vida, la letra y la música son desgarradoras. Es impresionante cómo @treznor logra perforar el alma con su sentir haciendo que muchos nos identifiquemos con su emoción.
A pesar de que Hurt pertenece al disco The Downward Spiral del año 1994 y la música de NIN dista mucho de la onda del Rey de la musica Country, Johnny Cash, él también se vio movido por este tema e hizo su propia versión años después y muy poco antes de partir de este plano.
La versión de Cash es una joya, en el video se ve el dolor de un hombre que ha vivido mucho más de lo que sus canciones pueden contar.
Qué bonito poder sublimar con la música el lado más oscuro de mi ser, le agradezco a artistas como Reznor que nos entregan su alma en cada pieza y nos hacen sentir comprendidos y acompañados.
Por supuesto a mi me gusta mucho más la versión original de Hurt, la de NIN, que es dark y viene de un lado muy auto destructivo que no es fácil de afrontar.
